• Crusading Outreach Ministry Inc. dba More Than Words ARB™, empowers teens, young adults, and their families through literacy and communication skills that strengthen confidence, connection, and overall well-being. 
  
  
• Founded by  Alesha R. Brown (Chief Operating Officer)—a Strengthening Families facilitator and Youth & Adult Mental Health First Aid–certified leader—the program blends enrichment with advocacy and practical tools for healthy relationships, resilience, and opportunity. ​
